Yesterday was a good day. I went to the mall with Jinny and Meg, hung out, talked, ate a sour cream and onion pretzel and some chocolate fat-free, no sugar added frozen yogurt from Baskin Robbins, and bought Heather's belated b-day present (hehe)! Lots of fun. When I got home, I ate dinner and then began immediately nerding on the comp (coding this layout) :P I also had a nice long chat with Allen! Allen's so great to talk to! Hehe. Got to talk with Meg a lot, too (her and her Pokemon!).

*sigh* On a random note, I really want a treadmill. One of those fancy treadmills, like at McCord. My parents said they MIGHT get one if I pay for most of it.. I hope so! The biggest problem is we have no place to put it. ... We need a new house! hehe

I SURVIVED!!

I've been transcribing the piano comping of Maiden Voyage for about one and a half to two hours, and I've completed a grand total of: 19 measures. :crazy: AHGGH!! It's so hard to transcribe chords!! At least for me it is, especially because I've had very, very limited chord study.. Why must we have two 64-measure solos?? Extreme suckage. Ahh, I just hope I've transcribed enough for tomorrow...

I need to read all of my share of Frankenstein tonight, then write the rough drafts of the commentary and the question of the week tomorrow, final copies on Thursday. Plus I have a scattering of other, more minor homework stuff throughout the week. And oh crap, I also need to do my Biology lab. I guess I'll be off.. *grumbles*

Was about to get lectured by my parents about being "too secretive" around them (all because I didn't show them how I looked when I tried on my new size-2 dress for Jazz Band.. which, btw, fits much better than before :-D ), but then my brother called and everyone forgot about my circumstances. YES!

Today was a pretty nice day overall. Uneventful, but nice. And now I've got a strong craving to go on Photoshop and make myself some new icons. I think I'll do that! Plus I have to make Meg a new layout.. poo, I like her current one. Sure, I could do better, but it's a good layout as far as LiveJournals go.. :ouch: At least I think so!

I am FINALLY finished with all of my homework for the week (except Biology.. but screw that for now). My English papers turned out like CRAP; worst stuff I've written in a very long time. BUT they're finished :) We'll see what happens tomorrow, hehe. But now it's time for sleep! err well I guess Bio, THEN sleep.. *kills bio*

AAAHHH I'm completely getting this game XD XD Eleven days! *clutches wallet* I can't wait!! :D:D I plan to get it two weekends from now, instead of waiting for Chrismas *grins* because I haven't gotten my Birthday gift yet, so why not make it this game? hehe. I might even preorder it to get it the day of its release.. hmm.. I'll ask the parental unit tomorrow!

Ahh, you probably won't believe it, but this layout is already starting to irritate me.. I wonder if this is some sort of weird mental complex I have? XD I just can't get myself to like my layouts.. strange..

Anyhow, this morning was busy. I got up at 7:00ish to go to church.. except I'm not going to be attending this church, but I'm going to accompany their four-person choir on the organ. Even though I play piano and I've never touched an organ in my life. ... This will be interesting, hehe. I'm excited nevertheless! Near the church is my mom's friend's grocery store, in which we visited. The customers kind of creeped me out (the church and the store are located in the super ghetto parts of Tacoma o_o;) but it was entertaining enough!

Went home, and started playing The Sims again. It's a fun game, yes, but I can't imagine why anyone would actually buy all five--no, six (wait, seven?) of the expansion packs.. crazy. But I am looking forward to The Sims 2. *drools* THAT game looks so awesome. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous, and the developers seem to be adding so much more into the game.. It comes out sometime in 2004 (hopefully spring!). Ooh I can't wait! :slaphappy:

Jazz contest yesterday. LONG LONG LONG. Nine jazz bands played, and the last high school group played forever... But holy crap, not nearly as long as the stupid special guests vocal jazz band! They just kept singing. Don't get me wrong; they were good, but good lord, no one wanted to hear them for an hour and a half! We just wanted to know who freakin' won... (by the way, we got third out of three in the finals.. and a really cheap and super gay plastic trophy XD DePalatis gave it to Allen XDDDD). The pianist for that vocal group was amazing though. I was dumbstruck. :o So freakin' talented.. Especially since I played on the keyboard he was using. It was a piece of crap, and the air conditioning was made juuuust perfectly so my music kept on falling off of the stand -_-;; (Consequently, I sounded like crap). Yet he played so well.. wow.

Anyway, the entire contest was overall agitating. Some of it was fun, though.. for example, dinner with Holly, Becca, and Jessi ROCKED :) and I thought hanging out w/ Allen and Kyle and Joel at the end was good too, despite the crappy-listening-to-the-neverending-jazz-singing circumstances :D

Oooh, but when I got home, I was SCREAMED at because I retardedly didn't call. See, no one told me to call home, so I didn't, and my parents, erm, freaked out. Completely. But I don't blame them (well, maybe a little bit hehe); it was my fault, my stupidity >__<; It's all okay now though. I explained why I was late (damn vocal jazz!! *shakes fist*) so it's all good.

And as for today, it has sucked so far. I played like utter shit at the church thingy. And I don't say the sh-word very often, either; only when absolutely necessary. ... Oh well, lunch is coming up really soon. I like eating. Eating makes me happy XDD Seriously!

Finished my Antigone essay. Praise the Lord. Took only 6 hours x__x But surprisingly, my Biology report took me only about 10-15 minutes.. I'm getting better at BSing analyses! XD I don't have a great deal of time to write, plus nothing happened today (err, at least I don't think anything did... *thinks* nope, nothin'). So yeah. Quiz time!

Pretty good day today. The Antigone final we took in Honors English wasn't half bad. Pretty easy, though I know I missed a few (damn trick questions!! >_
We got Christmas music in Jazz Band! YES! Err, kinda. Some of the songs really suck (like the one that Jessi thinks is "cute" ....that song is such crap) but others have solo piano fills~ ooh yeaah~~ Oh, and it's cool because Jessi has a lot of solos for once! It'll sound really nice :D

Orchestra was the usual: pretty good, but nothing great. Ahh but Lance gets to skip rehearsal tomorrow to go SAILING. AAARGGH unfair!!!! ... Hmm, Monica seemed really upset today for some reason though; she wouldn't tell me why :/ And being the idiot that I am, I of course have no idea what's bothering her.. I wish she'd tell me! :ouch:

Biology = boring, as always. But easy. And fun with Tammy and Ray and our poster troubles.. XD

Skipped running today because it was freezing outside and it snowed earlier. Yes, I'm a slacker, but hey! I'm not gonna run in the snow! Err or the post-snow weather, either ^^;

Errgk today was a day testing my endurance. My endurance of stupidity, that is. I was almost late to PNW because of full orchestra.. I had 30 seconds to spare! I severely dislike my PNW class, except for the teacher and a few of my peers. They. Are so freaking. Dumb. And loud. *shudders* Health is the same way. This dude keeps on asking me the most RETARDED questions and he won't freakin' shut up -.-; Next time he says something stupid, I swear..

I am completely in love with Final Fantasy X-2 *dies of happiness* Right now, I think I'm at 43% done w/ the game ^^ Whoohoo! Waah it's SO MUCH FUN!! Everything is soooo much better than the original FFX. The mission system is genius. You feel like you have so much freedom! Plus, the characters are a lot deeper and developed, and overall, they're so much more likable. For instance, I never realized how much I disliked Yuna's previous personality until I saw this new personality of hers. I *adore* Yuna now!! AMAZING voice acting, too! Paine sometimes sounds weird, but very very rarely (like, maybe 2 instances?). The jokes are actually funny with the voices, not just kind of embarrassingly lame, hehe. Laughter sounds realistic too :) It's great.

As for the new characters, Le Blanc is retarded (but she's probably supposed to be hehe), and I HATE Nooj with an eternal passion. *shudder* On the other hand, Baralai's pretty cool.. but Gippal is BY FAR THE BEST!! *kyaa* He's so funny and cool and I love his voice too!! hehehe I wonder if he's gonna hook up w/ Rikku... I personally think it'd be cool if he gets together w/ Paine or Yuna.. well we all know that the latter won't happen, but X3!

Hmm, I probably have homework to do this Thanksgiving weekend, but I haven't checked yet. 'Been glued to my PS2 :D

Guu I've eaten soo much within the last week.. (all of it being yummy yummy but horrible for my body) I feel so bloated! I wonder how much fat I've gained ._. (aah I'm obsessing, I know -_-; ) But I'm going to have to practically fast next week in order to compensate!
